what sets the prices for r7/r8 inscr shields? - Guild Wars Forums

I have some r8/16 (2x tactics) and r7/15 (1x tactics and 1x command) shields and i would like to know what they are worth... is there a guide for this (i was not able to find one as every search ended in the PC section)?

Ofcourse i could make a thread in the pc section, but personally i would prefer some kind of guide (that way i wouldnt have to make new PC's when i get such drop).

Well it depends on the skin also.

R7 15 Tact shields can go from 50k to shitloads, depending on skin and rarity

The r8 16AL Tactic shields should also net you above 70k depending on the skin and rarity, and could go exponentially higher.

Unsure about the command one.

But at the end of the day, it depends, have a look in the PC section for shields with the same skin and see what they went for, and failing that, look at ones with the same stats and skins that you would presume were of a similar rarity.

as with any item in the game, decide what YOU want to get out of it, advertise that price, and hope to find a buyer. If you don't, consider lowering your price till you get a buyer. There are no "set" prices for anything in this game that isn't available from an NPC merchant or trader...

Q&A is not the place for price checking. If you want to price check or check out guides on prices for different items, you need to visit our Price Check Forum. The PC forum is where you post to get a "guide" on prices, not Q&A.
